Here's something i've been playing around with, it's not much but I suppose it would be an example of toning your build down a bit:

16 (12+1+3) earth magic
11 (10+1) energy storage -- you could put this up higher if you like
5 (4+1) air magic -- again, more here if you like (i dont have 200AP yet, heh)

Ether Renewal {E}
Stone Daggers
Sliver Armor
Whirlwind
Aftershock
Ward Against Melee
Earth Attunement
Aura of Restoration
It started out with more Wards and no Whirlwind or Aftershock in there, but I wanted sorely to throw some additional nuisance/damage into the build.
Sliver armor, whirl, aftershock if you don't want to kite around the ward anymore or have an otherwise good opportunity to use 'em.
E-Renewal/stone daggers are for spamming your health/energy up and finishing off the random near-death opponents if you like.
Not much else to say, of course it's subject to stripping like most Ele e-management is so you know what to be wary of by now I'm sure.
